Duties

-          Organised person responsible for hotel reservations, organization and coordination of
     additional services like events, restaurants, transfers etc.    

-          Project management meetings, incentives, conferences and events

-          Liaise with business partners and service providers - negotiate best rates and conditions

-          Providing full-range travel arrangement and consultancy services to our clients

Skills

-          Good education

-          3 years working experience in tourism or hotel industry of advantage

-          Good product knowledge in German destinations

-          Native speaker Scandinavian or English

-          Very good German knowledge

-          Good PC literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook)
